Welcome to Messaging SMS Gateway. By accessing or using our platform — including the Android app, backend system, and associated APIs — you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before continuing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using this system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

2. System Use

The system is designed to allow registered users to send SMS messages through connected Android devices via a secure API.
Users may not use the platform for illegal, abusive, spam, or unauthorized purposes.
Each user is responsible for activities performed under their registered API keys and app credentials.

3. User Responsibilities

Keep your API keys, login credentials, and device registration details private and secure.
Ensure your Android app remains connected and functional to support SMS transmission requests.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when sending messages to recipients.

4. Communication Between Systems

Messaging facilitates communication between user applications, the backend, and Android devices using secure connections and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). The platform is not responsible for message delays caused by network issues or third-party services.

5. Data and Message Handling

The backend system does not access or store SMS message content beyond what is necessary for transmission logs and delivery records.
Message requests are queued and securely transmitted to the user’s registered Android device for dispatch to intended phone numbers.
Users must ensure that messages sent comply with all applicable communication and privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Messaging is not liable for losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from misuse of the system, failed message delivery, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

Messaging reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services (including API endpoints or app features) at any time without prior notice. Significant updates will be communicated through official channels.

8. Termination of Access

Accounts or API keys may be suspended or terminated if users violate these terms, misuse the system, or compromise security in any way.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
